ATLANTIC CITY — Heidi Hinkel had a surprising display Wednesday at the Atlantic City Hospitality Trade Show hosted by Revel.
More than 100 vendors at the 16th annual East Coast Gaming Congress & Hospitality Forum showed off products and services designed to keep hotels, restaurants and casinos well provisioned. But only Hinkel did the seemingly impossible.
